Why the good needs to triumph over evil
The eventual victory of good over evil is heartbreaking. Why does doing good have to come with great efforts whereas you do not even break a bead of sweat before doing an evil deed (This is unless your conscience keeps you awake at night)
Given my recent obsession with the Korean dramas, I have often wondered why does the lead actor have so many struggles written in their life and why I dig the whole suffering a lot.
In terms of my own existence, I have suffered numbing pain that would ideally be how people would experience being stabbed or physically assaulted but what has pained me more is the mental exertion I have been put through. On Friday morning, the incoming pain made me wonder if it is going to be the start of endless pain and misery. I was thinking why is doing the right thing so difficult, why is it easy to take the wrong route.
Is it the whole grand scheme of things: The good finally getting an upper hand over evil is what makes it so satisfying. No smooth sea made a good sailor so I guess it is to make sure that we have a tale to tell.
In a nutshell, It is frustrating to see that it takes GOD DAMN FOREVER FOR THE GOOD TO WIN. Somedays I just wish to be not bothered by doing the right thing and just living on a whim.
